This course focuses on learning strategies and techniques essential for effective business negotiations and provides methods to derive successful outcomes from various negotiation scenarios. Students will analyze potential dilemmas and conflicts that may arise during the negotiation process and practice resolving them through applied negotiation techniques. By acquiring knowledge on negotiation strategies, conversational tactics, and persuasion methods, students will develop practical skills to negotiate effectively in a startup business environment. |
