| 교과목 해설 | 환경(Environmental), 사회(Social), 지배구조(Governance)의 ESG 요소를 스타트업 경영에 적용하는 방법을 학습하고, 지속 가능한 비즈니스 전략을 설계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 수강자는 ESG 요소를 비즈니스 모델에 통합하여 기업의 사회적 책임을 실현하고, 장기적인 기업 가치 창출 방안을 모색한다. 이를 통해 스타트업이 사회적 가치를 창출하면서도 경제적 성과를 도출할 수 있는 ESG 기반 경영 전략을 이해하고 실행하는 능력을 배양할 수 있다. This course focuses on applying Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles to startup management and designing sustainable business strategies. Students will learn how to integrate ESG elements into business models to fulfill corporate social responsibility and explore strategies for creating long-term value. By the end of the course, students will develop an understanding of how startups can generate social value while achieving economic success through ESG-based management strategies. |
