| 교과목 해설 | 실제 창업기업이 직면한 경영 문제와 과제를 기반으로 팀 단위 프로젝트를 수행하며, 수강자가 실무적 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 각 팀은 문제 분석, 솔루션 설계, 실행 계획 수립 및 최종 발표의 전 과정을 실습하고, 교수자의 멘토링을 통해 피드백을 받는다. 프로젝트는 스타트업 환경에서 직접 적용 가능한 구체적인 솔루션을 도출하는 데 중점을 두며, 이를 통해 수강자는 창업 환경에서 요구되는 실무 능력과 문제 해결 능력을 배양할 수 있다. This course is designed to enhance students' practical skills through team-based projects addressing real-world management challenges faced by startups. Each team will engage in problem analysis, solution design, action planning, and final presentations. The instructor will provide mentoring and feedback throughout the project. The course focuses on deriving concrete solutions applicable in startup environments, allowing students to develop essential problem-solving and practical skills required in entrepreneurial settings. |
