This course covers the fundamental theories and practical strategies for financial management in startups, including capital acquisition, financial planning, and strategies for securing financial stability. Students will learn how to analyze financial statements to assess the financial health of a startup, while also gaining concrete skills in liquidity management and risk mitigation.
