| 교과목 해설 | 스타트업이 사업 과정에서 직면하는 다양한 의사결정 딜레마를 해결하기 위한 전략적 접근 방식을 학습한다. 수강생은 경영 전략, 자원 배분, 시장 진입, 팀 구성 등 스타트업의 핵심 경영 활동에서 발생하는 의사결정 딜레마를 사례를 통해 분석하고, 실무적인 해결 방안을 모색하게 된다. 다양한 실제 사례를 바탕으로 복잡한 상황에서의 의사결정 요소를 평가하고, 최적의 해결책을 설계하는 능력을 배양한다. 본 교과목은 수강생이 창업 환경에서 직면할 수 있는 경영 의사결정의 문제들을 분석하고, 실무적 문제 해결 역량을 강화하는 데 중점을 둔다. This course focuses on equipping students with strategic approaches to resolving various decision-making dilemmas that startups face throughout their business operations. Students will analyze decision-making dilemmas related to core management activities such as business strategy, resource allocation, market entry, and team composition using real-world case studies and will explore practical solutions through discussions. By evaluating decision-making elements in complex situations, students will develop the ability to design optimal solutions.
