This course aims to develop essential business planning skills for the early stages of entrepreneurship. It systematically covers key components of a business plan, including business idea refinement, market analysis, competitor analysis, funding strategy, and financial forecasting. Students will learn concrete methodologies for constructing business plans at each stage and will be equipped to develop strategies that enhance the likelihood of startup success. Through real-world case studies and practical exercises, students will strengthen their ability to create effective business plans and build executable strategies.
