This course systematically explores the core elements of entrepreneurship, including the basic concepts of entrepreneurial mindset and innovation, business model development, resource acquisition strategies, and customer segmentation analysis. Students will engage in the process of designing a personal business model, analyzing their resources and strengths, and developing strategic approaches to value creation. The course also covers practical methodologies for market and competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and resource allocation, enabling students to acquire practical competencies necessary for entrepreneurial success.
